Labor Savings...

If you were doing a remodel moving 100 bays of pallet rack,  the P.R. Skate system would pay for itself in one job.  Below is a labor cost comparison based on certain assumptions.  The assumptions are as follows:

0. Average wage (including your forman, employed labor and temps) per hour is $12.50 per hour
0. Gross cost of those wages (wages, state labor taxes, federal taxes, employee benefits) is $22.00 per hour
0. Man hours per bay (Traditional Move) includes removing old anchors, tear down of rack, move rack, rebuild of rack, anchor rack, grind any old anchors flush with floor, and clean up of work area.   Product is pallatized and would be removed and restocked.
0. Man hours per bay (PR Skate Move) includes removing old anchors, move rack with the PR Skate system, anchor rack, grind old anchors flush with floor, and clean up of work area.
